The product arrived in a timely fashion. Although I have used it only once and the handle has begun to chip already.
Handiest cookware ever! 
My wife picked Circulon for her new cookware but this griddle is a MUST have addition! When I was single a griddle just like this was 95% of my kitchen! For eggs, pancakes, whatever, the low sides and square shape are perfect!
uneven cooking
I chose this griddle because of the reviews: people glowed about this pan, and several had negative things to say about the anolon ones. I really wanted to be able to make pancakes, and didn’t want an electric skillet or griddle because of the storage space those take up. I have used it three times now, and I find that the heating surface heats up pretty unevenly. You can definitely tell where the burner is under the pan, as the pancakes definitely cook unevenly. The pan is hefty, pretty nonstick, and the circulon ridges are lower nowadays, so bits won’t get stuck between them. Not certain I’ll keep it, however, because of the hotspots: was definitely not expecting this to be an issue in an aluminum pan this thick.
Great Griddle
This is a replacement for another griddle whose teflon coating was peeling off. For health reasons we no longer buy coated utensils anymore, with the exception of those from Circulon, because we have never had those to peel or deteriorate. It is extremely well made, does not warp and a breeze to clean. This is probably the best griddle on the market.
The Best!
We have a flat top stove and this item will not warp! It sits flat unlike others we’ve tried.
